Congrats to SoS Researchers being ACM Fellows

Three researchers doing foundational cybersecurity research were honored with being named ACM fellows.  UC Irvine's Michael Franz, CMU's Frank Pfenning and Penn State's Patrick McDaniel.  Michael Franz was also named as an IEEE Fellow.  Congratulations to them and the other new fellows.
