Call for Papers
The EuroPLoP conference accepts papers on patterns, pattern languages, their theory, and their practical application. It focuses on topics related to computing, including software engineering, programming, design, education, organizational, and management topics.

- February 3, 2025 - Deadline for initial paper submission
- March 10, 2025 - Acceptance for shepherding, Start of shepherding
- May 5, 2025 - Deadline for improved paper version (for PC review)
- May 16, 2025 - Deadline for Focus Group proposal submission
- May 28, 2025 - Acceptance notification; Registration opens
- June 4, 2025 - Author Registration Deadline
- June 16, 2025 - End of shepherding, Deadline for conference version of paper
- June 23, 2025 - Registration closes
- July 2-6, 2025 - Conference
- September 30, 2025 - Deadline for proceedings version of paper
Venue
Since the start in 1996, EuroPLoP is held at Kloster Irsee, Bavaria, Germany. Kloster Irsee is a former Benedictine monastery in the heart of Bavaria, Germany. Its history can be traced back to the 12th century, and the buildings we see today were erected in the beginning of the 18th century. This beautiful and tranquil setting greatly contributes to the unique EuroPLoP atmosphere. The conference program includes many social activities, including banquette, games, art sessions, and evenings at the bar. Accommodation as well as all foods and drinks are included in the conference fee.
