U.S. cities are attractive targets for hackers as an enormous amount of sensitive information can be accessed through the hacking of a city's network. In addition, the difference in systems, policies, and processes used in a city, make them vulnerable to being targeted by cyberattacks as there is difficulty in managing the security of each component. This article continues to discuss why U.S. cities are targeted by cyberattacks and suggested solutions to this problem.
