Game Theory for Adaptive Defensive Cyber Deception

Kimberly Ferguson-Walter is a Senior Research Scientist with the Department of Defense. She earned a BS in Information and Computer Science from the University of California Irvine and a MS in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, both specializing in artificial intelligence. She is currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a focus on adaptive cybersecurity (degree expected in 2019). Her research interests are focused on the intersection of computer science and human behavior. She has a background in machine learning and leads a DoD deception for cyber-defense research program.  She acts as an advisor to the Navy Science & Technology Advisor Council on matters involving Cyber and Autonomy.
