"Can States Get Ahead of Election System Cyberthreats?"

According to Chris Kreb, the director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), efforts are being made by the agency to raise awareness surrounding cyber hygiene resources and potential cyberattacks such as ransomware attacks on state voter registration databases ahead of the 2020 U.S. election.
