The cybersecurity research firm Cyble discovered a data leak involving details of more than 80,000 credit cards. Threat actors are selling this information on the dark web market in exchange for cryptocurrency. The dump of stolen credit card details impacts cardholders in the U.S., France, U.K., Canada, Singapore, and India. According to Cyble, the leaked information includes names, CVV codes, billing details, and expiration dates. The credit card details are suspected to have been stolen through phishing scams or a compromised online store. Another massive data breach recently identified by Cyble involves 73.2 million user records stolen from more than 11 companies by a hacking group known as "Shiny Hunters."
