According to ESET researchers, these malicious apps are installing Gmera malware, which is capable of stealing user data and cryptocurrency wallets. Gmera malware can also grab screen shots. The malware is distributed via apps that spoof legitimate cryptocurrency trading apps developed by Kattana.
