"Danish Banks Are Targets of Pro-Russian DDoS Hacking Group"

In recent Distributed Denial-of-Service (DDoS) attacks, the hacker group NoName057(16) hit different Danish banks, causing operational delays for many of the impacted banks. Some of the largest financial institutions were targeted by the group, including Jyske Bank and Sydbank. NoName057(16) claimed attacks on Sydbank, Sparekassen Sjaelland-Fyn, Bankinvest, and Jyskebank on its Telegram channel. Bankdata, a private company that supplies financial technology, was also compromised by the hackers. They also targeted the National Bank of Denmark, which regained access after the attack briefly took down its website. NoName057(16), along with KillNet, is among some cybercrime groups launching DDoS attacks in support of the Russian government as its invasion of Ukraine continues.
