I see you are looking at solving the puzzle.  Good luck, it is definitely possible to solve this without a computer much less a super computer.  One could say that this cipher is as old as the Declaration of Independence but in reality it is much older, some say it was used hundred of years before that. 

I am the Technical Lead of the National Security Agency's Science of Security Program.  The program is part of the Laboratory for Advanced Cybersecurity Research, which can trace its roots back to the National Computer Security Center.  We have been working on the nation's cybersecurity challenges for decades, publishing books, guides, open source software and a rainbow series of other things. If you asked me which team I root for in college sports, it would be for the orange and black, i.e. the Princeton Tigers. That's where I went when I hit the books in studying computer security.
