Venue
The C3E 2024 Fall Workshop will be held at SRI International in Menlo Park, CA, USA on Sept 17-19, 2024. Located in Silicon Valley, this innovative international headquarters is just a 7 minute drive to Stanford University’s campus. The meeting will be in the International Building, which is to the left of the main headquarters.
SRI International is located at 333 Ravenswood Avenue, Menlo Park, CA 94025.
Event parking is available in the Christ Church lot at the corner of Ravenswood and Middlefield Road. If you park in the church lot, you will need to enter the campus from Ravenswood Avenue (not D Street) to avoid going through a security checkpoint.
Hotel
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites Santa Clara. The hotel is 5 miles from the San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) and 15 miles from SRI International. The rate for non-government attendees is $279/night plus tax. Please make reservations by August 9 via the booking link. The organizers will make hotel reservations for any attendees receiving travel support.
Government attendees will be provided with a booking code to enter into the Omega travel system. The rate for government attendees is $245/night plus tax.

Travel Support
Limited travel support is available to non-government participants. You may request travel support on the registration form or by emailing the organizers at c3e[at]cps-vo.org. Participants receiving travel support should review travel guidelines before making travel arrangements.
