"Cybersecurity Community Concerned About Misinformation"

Concerns surrounding misinformation continue to grow among cybersecurity professionals as the amount of online misinformation and fake domains rise. A new report by the Neustar International Security Council (NISC) reveals that nearly half of cybersecurity professionals consider such misinformation a significant threat to their enterprise. More than 90% of cybersecurity professionals call for the implementation of stricter measures on the internet to address this threat. Many professionals have also reported that their organizations are planning to emphasize their ability to respond to the rise in misinformation and fake domains more.
