"How Software Can Make an Airplane Crash"

Planes are now starting to use Fly-by-Wire more often.  Traveling my use of planes is safe, however as is the case where software controls hardware, there are ways things can go wrong.  This could be caused by either something happening that wasn’t anticipated, or because the response was wrong.  Even though some airplanes allow pilots to have complete control and only use 'Fly-by-Wire' for certain things, the software can still bring a plane down.
