"Collective Defense — Integrated Cyber Expertise Hardens Cybersecurity"

Every October, the National Cybersecurity Alliance (NCSA) and the Homeland Security Department's Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) join industry and government to raise awareness about cybersecurity and best practices for all Americans. As a Cyber Champion, the National Security Agency (NSA) joins the NCSA and CISA for the 19th Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month. As technology continues to grow in sophistication, connecting people to information, each other, and the rest of the world, nation-state cyber actors also improve their skills, targeting all levels of the US government, critical infrastructure, academia, industry, and US allies. Threats posed by such actors are critical and call for increased collaboration between the public and private sectors to build a collective defense. This article continues to discuss NSA joining the NCSA and CISA for the 19th Annual Cybersecurity Awareness Month as a Cyber Champion.
