"Flaw in Multiple Airline Systems Exposes Passenger Data"

Eight airlines have been found to contain security flaws in their e-ticketing systems. According to security researchers at Wandera, these e-ticketing systems lack encryption, allowing for the exposure of personally identifiable information (PII) to malicious actors as well as the modification of flight booking details or boarding passes.
