"Improving Security for Internet of Things with 'Big-Thinking' Research"

The growing use of IoT calls for the strengthening of such devices as the incidence of cyberattacks and data theft rises. Perry Alexander, a professor in electrical engineering and computer science and director of the Information and Telecommunication Technology Center at the University of Kansas, along with his multidisciplinary team of researchers are working to improve the cybersecurity of IoT devices with funding from the NSA. This article continues to discuss the research being conducted at KU to improve IoT cybersecurity.
