"Microsoft Report Shows Increasing Sophistication of Cyber Threats"

Microsoft recently released its Digital Defense Report, which highlights cybersecurity trends observed in the past year. The report emphasizes the rapid growth in sophistication among threat actors as they use techniques that make it more challenging for them to be detected. Threat actors are also showing preferences for using specific techniques, with an increased shift towards credential stuffing and ransomware attacks. Threat actors' interest in attacking Internet of Things (IoT) devices has also grown.
