"New Agenda Ransomware Variant, Written in Rust, Aiming at Critical Infrastructure"

Agenda ransomware has been spotted in the wild with a Rust edition, making it the most recent malware to adopt the cross-platform programming language after BlackCat, Hive, Luna, and RansomExx. Agenda, credited to an operator named Qilin, is a Ransomware-as-a-Service (RaaS) gang that has been linked to a slew of attacks mostly aimed at the manufacturing and Information Technology (IT) industries in several nations. An earlier version of the ransomware, written in Go and personalized for each victim, targeted the healthcare and education sectors in Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, and Thailand, among other nations.
