A survey conducted by Nationwide in which 1,069 businesses with less than 299 employees participated, indicates that most small businesses still lack awareness and preparedness in dealing with cyberattacks. According to the survey, a majority of small businesses have fallen victim to cyberattacks such as computer viruses, phishing scams, Trojan horses, ransomware, and much more, within the past year.
