Badge recipient(s) must provide proof of identity at the time of badge pick-up (government issued ID). If a driver's license (DL) or state-issued identification (ID) card is used for this purpose, it must be from a state/territory compliant with the REAL ID Act of 2005. The following states/territories are NON-COMPLIANT: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oklahoma, and Washington. Non-compliant DLs or IDs will NOT be accepted; an alternate photo ID will be necessary.
Visitor Package - Includes information on Entering Kirtland Air Force Base, Badging and Clearance Information, Prohibited Items List, Maps and Directions, Hotel Recommendations, and Local Cuisine.
Early Badging
You will be able to pick up your badges for the workshop the day before between 1200-1430 at the Sandia Badge Office.

Sandia is located on Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) in southeastern Albuquerque. DoD CAC Cards are recommended for KAFB entry. Carpooling with a DoD CAC Card Holder is recommended.
The Sandia Badge Office is located just outside KAFB at the Innovation Parkway Office Center (IPOC), 1611 Innovation Parkway SE. From I-40, go south on Eubank Boulevard, turn left at the light to continue on Eubank (just before the Eubank Gate entrance to the base), and turn left onto Innovation Parkway where Eubank Boulevard ends. The three-story IPOC building is located on the left side shortly after you turn. See map.

Albuquerque International Airport (ABQ) is located at 2200 Sunport Blvd. SE Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106.
Hotel Accommodations
Per Diem for Albuquerque: $83/Lodging, $46/Meals
The Albuquerque Uptown area is close to restaurants, shopping, and has the easiest access to the venue. The hotels are not within walking distance of the base - renting a rental car is recommended.

Workshop Dinner
The workshop dinner will be buffet style held at Sadie's at the Star (Santa Ana Star) . The cuisine is uniquely New Mexican. Please note the workshop dinner is a no-host event.
