HoTSoS'17 Venue
The 2017 HoTSoS Symposium and Bootcamp will be held at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve in Hanover, Maryland from April 4-5, 2017. There will be an opening reception on the evening of Monday, April 3rd. The hotel is located at 7795 Arundel Mills Blvd, Hanover, MD 21076.
The deadline to receive the reduced rate in the group block has passed. Reservations are now based on availability at the hotels prevailing rates. You can reserve your room by calling 888-624-4011.
Parking in the hotel garage is complimentary for all meeting attendees. You do not need your to have your parking validated.
The Hotel at Arundel Preserve is served by Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI) and is convenient to other nearby transportation options including:
- BWI Amtrak Station (4.3 miles)
- BWI Light Rail Station (6 miles)
- Greyhound Bus Station (9.8 miles)

Driving Directions From BWI Airport
- Merge onto Interstate 195 West and continue for about 1.5 miles
- Take Exit 2B to merge onto Route 295 South, and continue for about 4 miles.
- Take the Arundel Mills Boulevard exit.
- Enter the first roundabout and take the second exit.
- Enter the second roundabout and take the first exit toward Arundel Mills Boulevard — the hotel will be on your right.
