HoTSoS'18 Venue
The 2018 HoTSoS Symposium will be held at the StateView Hotel on the Centennial Campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. The symposium will be held April 10 & 11, 2018 with an opening reception on the evening of April 9, 2018. The hotel is located at 2451 Alumni Dr, Raleigh, NC 27606.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the hotel at the reduced rate of $174/night + state & local taxes (currently 12.75%). In order to receive the reduced rate, you must make reservations by Monday March 12, 2018. Reservations made after that time will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates.
You can reserve your room by calling 800-228-9290 and identifying yourself as part of the Symposium on the Science of Security group. You may also use this dedicated reservation link. This special group room rate is available 2 days before and after the Symposium dates.
A limited number of rooms have also been blocked for government employees only at the rate of $143/night. You may use this link to make your reservations. In order to receive the reduced rate, you must make reservations by Monday March 12, 2018.
There is complimentary on-site parking. Valet parking is also available for a fee of $15 per day.
The Hotel is served by Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU). The hotel does not provide shuttle service. A variety of ground transportation options are available, including taxis, personal transporation services (Uber, Lyft, etc.), and executive car services.
