This is the home page for the group. It is a web page (Collaborate menu -> create web page) that has been embedded in the 'Home' panel page. Panel pages are the gray menu tabs to the left. Edit the page by hovering over the content and then selecting the hyperlinked [Edit node] text that appears at the top left of the content. This works for the Wiki page as well.
