The C3E Spring 2017 Mid-Year Event will be held at the Historic Inns of Annapolis in Annapolis, MD, USA on May 11, 2017. This charming historic landmark inn, located in the heart of downtown Annapolis, comprises three buildings, each within a two- to three-minute walk of each other: the 1727 Governor Calvert House (main building), the 1765 Robert Johnson House, and the 1776 Maryland Inn. Conference activities will be held in the Governor Calvert House. A block of rooms has been reserved at the Historic Inns of Annapolis at the government per diem rate of $126/per night + tax. The reduced rates are available Sunday, May 7 through Thursday May 11, 2017. In order to receive the reduced rate, you must make reservations by April 14, 2017 extended to April 21, 2017. Reservations made after that time will be based on availability at the hotel's prevailing rates. You can reserve your room online or by calling the hotel at 800.847.8882. Hotel Parking
Parking at the Historic Inns of Annapolis is by valet only. A reduced parking rate has been negotiated for daily conference attendees. This reduced rate is $12/day. Daily parking for local government attendees is complimentary. Please visit the registration table each day to have your parking validated or the full fee may apply.
Additional Parking
In addition to street parking (Good luck!), there are numerous alternate parking facilities with the Noah Hillman Parking Garage, located off Main Street, being the closest.
Travel Support
Non-government attendees in need of travel support should complete the travel reimbursement request form by Friday, March 31, 2017. Travel requirements and guidelines will be emailed to you. Expense reimbursement forms, itemized receipts, and a W-9 or W-8 should be submitted no later than 10 days after the event.
