The C3E Fall 2023 Workshop will be held at the Florida Institute of Technology at the Burge Union Center. The address is TBD.

HOTEL
A block of rooms is available at the Crown Plaza Beachside for a reduced rate of $125/per night + tax. The per diem rate is available to Government attendees with approved ID. The workshop organizers will coordinate hotel arrangements for any participants receiving travel support.

For attendees who are not receiving travel support, please call the hotel at (TBD) to make a reservation in the group block. Reference the C3E group block to get the group rate and specify whether it should be in the non-government or government block. To receive the government per diem rate, you will need to show appropriate credentials upon check-in. The deadline for making a reservation in the block is (TBD).

PARKING
The Oread Hotel is a 1 mile walk from the Burge Union or a 1.3 mile drive. We have a limited number of free parking spots in the Allen Fieldhouse Parking Garage. If you would like access to one of those free spots, send an email to c3e@cps-vo.org.

WALKING DIRECTIONS 

• Turn right onto W 12th St. and walk 448 ft. then take stairs
• Turn right onto Mississippi St. and walk 49 ft.
• Take stairs then turn left and walk 469 ft. and take more stairs and walk .2 mi.
• Walk around the Memorial Camponile to Memorial Dr.
• Turn right on Memorial and walk .1 mi.
• Turn left toward Hoch Auditoria Dr. and take the stairs
• Turn left then walk for .1 mi on Hoch Auditoria Dr.
• Continue onto W 15th St then left toward Irving Hill Rd
• Turn right onto Irving Hill Rd (Destination will be on left)

DRIVING DIRECTIONS 

• Turn right onto W 12th St  then turn right onto Indiana St and drive .1 mi
• Turn left onto W 11th St and follow .5 mi
• Turn left onto W Campus Rd and travel .3 mi
• At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Crescent RdTurn left toward Naismith Dr and continue for .2 mi
• Turn right onto Irving Hill Rd (Destination will be on left)

Travel support is available for a limited number of non-Government participants. Guidelines for non-government attendees receiving travel support can be found here. Please review the guidelines prior to making travel arrangments and in advance of your trip. During your trip, please be sure to keep itemized copies of receipts in order to ensure full reimbursement.
